Giovanna Nino

Giovanna Nino is currently in charge of the “general litigation” division and also assists, assists and advises startups in their intellectual property issues, new technologies, Personal Data protection, media law, it Law, Commercial Law, and contracts.

After a Master I in general private law at the University of Paris I, Giovanna Nino subsequently obtained a Master II in property research at the University of Paris I–XI under the direction of Pierre Sirinelli.

Since 2012, Giovanna Nino holds a Certificate of Aptitude for the legal Profession.she has developed a knowledge of intellectual property litigation, real estate, commercial and criminal law.

After a meeting in the middle of the Palais de Justice in Paris with Arnaud Touati, Giovanna Nino, passionate about the world of new technologies, joined the law firm Hashtag Avocats as an associate on 1 January 2017.

Arnaud Touati

Its activity today is mainly dedicated to upstream contractual aspects and downstream litigation aspects. It thus accompanies many entrepreneurs in the structuring and financing of their business

Within the firm, Arnaud Touati advises numerous companies in their fund-raising activities and leads numerous workshops and events with his partners on the legal strategy of startups.

Arnaud Touati holds a Master I degree in business law from the University of Paris I Sorbonne and a Master II degree in business law from the University of Paris II Assas under the direction of Professor Hervé Synvet. He is a member of the incubator of the Paris bar.

Arnaud Touati has practiced business law in mid-sized structures where he has been able to work closely with various partners. He also took advantage of his university years to teach tutoring to students in difficulty, a passion that has never left him.

He holds an LLM from the University of Chicago and has also benefited from teaching by professionals from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, a renowned business school. He was thus able to complete his training with a solid knowledge of American law.

This visit to the United States was also an opportunity for him to carry out a research mission for the firm K&L Gates to continuously maintain the link between the University and the professional community. On his return to France, he joined the Oddo business bank, then the law firms Dewey & LeBoeuf, Linklaters, Weil, Gotshal & Manges, Eversheds, and AWP.

With his passion for new technologies, he chose to take a close interest in entrepreneurship in France and start-ups in particular in 2013.

Harry Allouche

A lawyer with the bars of Quebec and Paris, Harry Allouche is in charge of corporate and contractual activities within the firm. It thus assists many entrepreneurs in structuring and financing their activity, particularly in the field of crypto-currencies.

A graduate of a Master II French-English business lawyer in Paris Sud XI, an LLM at the Université de Montréal, and a Master of Science Legal and Tax Management at the EDHEC Business School in Lille, he has made business law his area of focus.

In parallel to his university years, Harry Allouche has followed MOOCs in corporate law from Paris I-Sorbonne and has practiced business law in structures of size intermediate to Paris and Montreal.

In an effort to expand his knowledge, he is pursuing a PhD in contract law on the subject of renegotiation, which he continues to nurture through his daily practice experience.

With his passion for new technologies, he chose in 2014 to take a close interest in entrepreneurship in France and Canada, and especially in startups.

Jonah Haddad

Within the firm, Jonas Haddad is in charge of contractual aspects and also accompanies many entrepreneurs in case of business difficulties.

A graduate of a Master I in business law at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Jonas Haddad also holds a Master II in business law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne under the direction of professor François-Xavier Lucas.

At the end of his academic years, Haddad decided to complete his training by joining ESCP Europe to refine his communication, management and financial strategy skills.

At the end of 2010, he joined the Cabinet of Luc Chatel as Chargé de Mission to the Minister of Education, Youth and community life.

Passionate about the world of entrepreneurship and new technologies, he chose to take a close interest in startups in 2011.

At the end of his tenure in the ministerial cabinet, he became responsible for communication and partnerships with the ITG – Missioneo Group (4000 consultants – € 100 million in turnover).
